Process to prepare :

After 2 minutes, add 1 table-spoon oil more on the dosa crust and flip to other side. Cook dosa from both sides.

You can serve it with coconut chutney to enhance its taste more.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">I am interested in cakes even though I know they are not sooo healthy !!!
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">So just thought of just adding some health to my cake ;) carrots and apple,which I feel lazy to go to my fridge and cut and thennnn eat !!!
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">3- 4 carrots ( grated finely)
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">1 apple ( cut into small tiny pieces
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">1/3 tspn orange juice
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">3 eggs / 1 cup milk + 1/2 tin condensed milk
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">sugar powder
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">1 1/2 maida
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">1 tspn baking powder
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">11/2 tspn cinnamon powder
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">1) Sieve the dry ingredients
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">2) Now mix milk and condensed milk / egg to the above sieved mixture, orange juice
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">3) Mix the mixture well.add cherries,grated carrot and apple.Now put in a greased baking tray.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">4) Bake it for 10 minutes under 200degree Celsius and on 180 degree for another 10 minutes.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">5) Insert a toothpick and if nothing sticks to it means cake is done. Let it cool for sometime.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">Then turn over and tap from back to remove.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">Note : I used Electric cooker. I nicely greased the container with butter and then dusted with maida.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">Dusting is important here.Then added the cake batter into it.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">The cooker button comes up every five minutes and it is a bit work consuming to get it down every ten minutes.But the final cake makes you forget ur hardwork...trust me !!!bhashnahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18211714915058265731noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7434515223587584032.post-41219041572487405412012-01-24T03:27:00.000-08:002012-01-24T03:30:51.417-08:00Podi Pappu / Pappu fry / Dry dal fry<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">Hi ,
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">Procedure :
