1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tblsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 cup finely grinded sugar with 2 to 3elaichi
cherries,
edible food color ( I have used dark merune and kesar food colors mixed to acheive this output)
1) Sieve the dry ingredients
2) Now mix condensed milk to the above sieved mixture, also add some water, essence, and melted butter, add milk to make the batter thin
3) Mix the mixture well.add cherries and edible colour. Now put in a greased baking tray.
4) Bake it for 10 minutes under 200degree Celsius and on 180 degree for another 10 minutes.
5) Insert a toothpick and if nothing sticks to it means cake is done. Let it cool for sometime.
Then turn over and tap from back to remove.
Note : I used Electric cooker. I nicely greased the container with butter and then dusted with maida.
Dusting is important here. Then added the cake batter into it.
The cooker button comes up every five minutes and it is a bit work consuming to get it down every ten minutes. But the final cake makes you forget ur hardwork...trust me !!!

Yummy Dip Bread Pasanda
Dip Bread Pasanda:
4 Bread slices
1 egg - Optional
1 cup of milk
1 spoon of elaichipowder

First take fresh bread slices.
Roast them till they turn light brown on tawa and keep them aside.
Now take a wide container,a bit wider.

Now heat some ghee or oil the tawa again.
dip the roasted bread slices in the above mixture,so that it gets coated over completely

Manage to remove it from tawa with out breaking it,but if it breaks also not an issue as it melts once its on our tongue :P
put some chocolate sauce over it if you are a chocolate lover like me ;)
Note: vegetarians can just ignore egg. As its yummy with only milk also.
